Case Study
Rise10 Recruitment approached us as they wanted to stand out more in a crowded digital recruitment market.
Rise10 are a specialist recruitment agency, so their brand and website needed to reflect that. When they approached us, their digital presence still needed defining and separating from the multitude of recruitment companies out there; they needed something that would make them stand out from the crowd, while conveying the expertise and specialist knowledge they already had.
We began with a deep dive into the Rise10 brand, their market positioning, and their audience's expectations. We got to know Rise10 really well, and built our visual and UI strategy around their obsession with 'raising the bar' when it comes to recruitment. From there, we developed a brand identity that felt contemporary yet grounded, and a website structure focused on clarity, ease of navigation, and a strong call to action for both business clients and candidates.
We created a strong brand identity that used bold tones to truly stand out, while retaining a classic, comforting undertone to ensure the best possible UX. The combination of deep tones and vibrant highlights created a visual rhythm that feels intelligent, grounded, and approachable — perfect for an investment brand. We selected modern, sans-serif typefaces for precision and readability mirroring the brands voice: clear, contemporary, and direct.
When values like “integrity, service, relationships, excellence” underpin the business, design must bring them to life.
